the loqui story
A flavor of many miles
LOQUI is a casual restaurant created by friends, inspired by Mexican flavor heritage. In 2013, we began bringing transportive tastes of Baja, the Yucatan and beyond to our weekly pop-up at Tartine in San Francisco.
We then spent three years preparing to officially share LOQUI, putting down roots in Culver City in 2016 with our first brick-and-mortar restaurant.
Our menu is filled with traditional ingredients and deep flavor. May it remind you of all the experiences in Mexico you’ve enjoyed and, more importantly, those you still haven’t.
